Since my childhood Retrievers have been a part of my life. All dogs, each in their own way, have influenced my attitude towards breeding and training. I am a hunter and go as often as possible with my dogs on picking ups and shootings, mainly on pheasants, ducks and rabbits. To compete with my dogs on the highest level, I run and train my dogs for field trials all over Europe. In spring and summer I compete with them at selected working trials and mock trials. 
 
I started with my own stud dog, meanwhile I breed my own dogs in my kennel Linkwood since 2019. From the A-litter with GB FTCH Copperbirch Paddy of Leadburn I kept Linkwood Ardpatrick, who shows great promise.

Int. & Belg. FTCH Ragweed's Keed is my most successful dog so far. With him I have successfully participated in various field trials all over Europe. Besides numerous wins, winning the Belgian Retriever Championship 2017/2018, 3rd place in 2016/2017 and 4th place at the ICC, the European Field Trial Championships in Denmark, have been some of the highlights.
 
I have also won many working tests, mock trials and special prizes with my dogs. In 2018, we were able to achieve 9th place in the team at the International Workingtest (IWT) in Italy, and in the individual ranking we made it into the top 10 out of 108 best dogs of Europe. In 2017 we placed 3rd for Germany at the International Team Event in Chatsworth, England as well as an excellent 2nd place at the Belgian Workingtest Finals in the Open.

At the moment I have a couple of promising young dogs. I am looking very much forward to run them in tests and trials in the near future.  I am a workingtest judge (FCI/DRC) and judged many tests all over Europe so far.
